Return Policy

We make returns as easy as possible at CarCoverStore.com because our mission is to provide you with the best service in the Car Cover Industry. We understand that sometimes people can change their minds about purchases and we are aware of how important it is to have a simple return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. For orders placed during the holiday season from November 15th to December 31st, the return period is extended to 60 days. The following rules apply:

  • - Obtain, fill out, and send a valid RMA form to CarCoverStore.com (see below for more details),
  • - Return product(s) in original packaging, and
  • - You can avoid having to pay for shipping fees if you cancel the order before it’s been shipped out.

RMA Form: Before returning a product, you will be required to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing rma@carcoverstore.com or calling toll free at 1-800-726-9451. The RMA form will include an exact return address and detailed instructions on how to return your product. You will need to provide information, like reason for return and a brief description of the products(s). Allow up to 72 hours for processing and feedback of your return request. CarCoverStore.com will not offer reimbursement on a product that has been damaged as a result of faulty installation or improper use and it will be up to the discretion of the company.

Exchange: If instead of returning a product, you would like to exchange it, you can do so. Again, use the RMA form and then indicate the exact product(s) you want to exchange for. Once the RMA is approved and the original product has been returned, we can send out the new product. If there is a price difference, you will be refunded or charged the difference. If you are in a rush you can also choose to purchase the new product in advance, while we process your return.

Defective Damaged or Incorrect Products: If for whatever reason your product(s) arrive defective or damaged by the shipping, contact us right away and we will send you a replacement free of charge. We require photo evidence of the defect/damage and any delay to send pictures, can affect the time it takes to get your new product.

Refunds and Credits: Returns will be credited to the same payment method originally used to make your purchase, whether it is credit card or PayPal. The credit amount will be the original purchase price of the product and nothing more. As soon as the refund has been sent, you will receive an email copy of your receipt. Sometimes you will receive your receipt up to 3 days before the credit shows up on your account because of processing times.
