If you love your cover, tell your friends — and if you don't, tell us! You can return any product by contacting us within 30 days of the delivery date. There are no hidden fees, every return is handled personally by our team, and the whole process is quick and painless.
Shopping for the holidays? From November 15th to January 30th our return window extends to a full 60 days, so gifts are always covered.
How to return your cover
Write to info@carcoverstore.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Include your full name, order number, the reason for the return, and whether the package has been opened.
Our team reviews every return individually and replies with your approval and simple return instructions — no hidden fees, and in many cases we’ll even cover the return shipping.
The moment our warehouse receives your package, we issue your refund and email you a confirmation. Refunds go to the original payment method and typically appear in your account within 1–5 business days.
Prefer an exchange?
No problem at all. Email info@carcoverstore.com within 30 days of delivery with your full name, order number, a short note about what you'd like instead, and whether the original package has been opened. We'll set up the exchange right away — and if there's a price difference between products, we simply adjust the balance.
Need to cancel an order?
We process orders fast — most ship within 24 hours — so the sooner you reach us, the easier a cancellation is. If you need to cancel for any reason, call us right away at 1-800-726-9451 or email info@carcoverstore.com and we'll do our best to catch your order before it leaves the warehouse.
