Warranty coverage by cover
Coverage terms depend on the cover you choose. Our three premium grades carry a true Lifetime Warranty; our value grades carry multi-year coverage.

With so many cover companies out there, it's fair to ask what makes ours different. Simple: we stand behind every cover we sell. Our covers are built to such a standard that the odds you'll ever need a replacement are small. But if anything does go wrong, your warranty has you covered, and on our Supreme Shield HD, Gold Shield 5L and Black Satin BL that coverage lasts for life.
How the warranty works
Your warranty protects against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the full coverage term of your cover. On lifetime grades, you can request replacement covers multiple times during your ownership; the coverage stays with you and the product.
- Coverage applies exclusively to the original buyer and is non-transferable.
- The warranty runs on a prorated basis from your purchase date. Depending on when a replacement is needed, a prorated cost may apply.
- We will never ask you to ship a defective cover back to us.
- Please keep your receipt or order ID, as it makes processing your claim quick and smooth.
How to file a warranty claim
Warranty claims are handled exclusively by email. Write to info@carcoverstore.com and one of our agents will guide you through it. To speed things up, include in your email:
- Your full name
- Your order ID
- A description of the problem and when it happened
- Photos clearly showing the issue
